Prof Rasika Beohar is Assistant Professor in Faculty of Peace Studies in MIT WPU, Pune. She is Masters in E&TC Engineering (VLSI and Embedded systems), with a vast experience of 13 years in teaching and a year of industrial working. She has completed online course on “Introduction to Philosophy” from University of Edinburgh with 94% grade. Her area of interest is study in philosophy and peace studies. She is being practicing Sahajayoga meditation for past 20 years.
She is Life Member of Indian Society for Technical Education.
She has conducted Meditation Session at 5th World Parliament of Science, Religion and Philosophy held at World Peace Dome, Loni Kalbhor in 2019 and 23rd Endowment Lecture Series. She has coordinated for MOU with Campus Component Pvt ltd, Ananya Academy and India First Robotics for final year student’s project.
She has been appreciated at National level for guiding students for Project. She has published and presented research papers in 6 International Journal and conferences. She has completed 15 FDP and workshops in different areas of technical studies. She has written and published a book on subjects – Principles of Digital Techniques, Digital Communication and Electronics.
She is involved in Curriculum development for Peace Studies subject along with course material and presentation. She has prepared resource material for Computer Engineering subjects like Digital Technique and Microprocessor. She has actively taken part in arranging guest /expert lecture and industrial visits for students, build up new experiments for better understanding of subject, worked as class teacher and mentor, remedial lectures taken, special guidance for the failure students done.
